WayVibe Child Safety Standards

WayVibe, published by Radhaarc AI Labs, explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). WayVibe is for adults 18 and over. These are our published child safety standards: what is not allowed, how to report it and how to reach our child safety contact.

01

Our commitment

These standards apply to all of WayVibe, the social app from Radhaarc AI Labs (package com.wayvibe.app): profiles, Moments, Asks, plans, plan chats and direct messages.

Nothing here limits your rights under the law.

02

Age restrictions

  • WayVibe is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create or use an account.
  • You confirm your date of birth when you sign up.
  • We do not market WayVibe to children and we do not design features for them.

03

Prohibited content and behaviour

None of the following is allowed on WayVibe, for any reason:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Creating, uploading, sending, requesting, holding, linking to or sharing sexual content involving a child, whether real, drawn, edited or generated by AI.
  • Grooming. Building a relationship with a child in order to exploit them, or trying to move a child to another app, to a private channel or to a meeting.
  • Sextortion. Threatening or pressuring anyone, and a child above all, for sexual images, money or contact.
  • Sexualising a child. Any content, comment or message that sexualises a child.
  • Child trafficking. Any involvement in trafficking or otherwise exploiting a child.
  • Using WayVibe to reach a child. Using WayVibe to find, contact or arrange to meet anyone under 18.

04

Reporting

You can tell us about a child safety concern in two ways:

  • In the app. Report or block someone from their profile, from a chat or from a plan.
  • By email. Write to support@wayvibe.app with the username, what you saw and when.

If you know a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or police first (India: 112; Childline 1098).

05

Reporting outside WayVibe

You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to organisations that work on it:

06

Enforcement

  • Content that breaks this standard is taken down.
  • Accounts that break this standard are removed.
